Getting to Es Muntant

Restaurant Es Muntant is at Carrer d'Esporles 233, A (Norte), in the Establiments neighbourhood of Palma de Mallorca. The road through the village is the old MA-1100 (Carretera d'Esporles) — the main route up from Palma into the Tramuntana. Hard to miss: if you're heading from Palma toward Esporles, you'll pass the front of the restaurant.

🚗 By car

From central Palma, head north on Avenida d'Andrea Doria and Avenida del Conde de Sallent, then continue on the Carretera d'Esporles (MA-1100) toward Esporles. Establiments comes up after about five minutes. The restaurant is on the north side of the road; the sign is visible from the carretera. Free parking out front and on side streets; Sundays fill up early.

🚌 By bus

The TIB L203 line (Palma — Esporles — Banyalbufar) [TODO: verify line number with TIB / EMT] departs from the Estació Intermodal de Palma (Plaça d'Espanya) and stops in Establiments directly opposite the restaurant. About one bus per hour on weekdays, less on Sundays. Travel time: 20 min from Plaça d'Espanya.

🚴 By bike

Easiest from central Palma is Avinguda d'Andrea Doria → Camí Nou de Son Roca → Carretera d'Esporles. Gentle climb, mostly cycle lane until the city limit, then quiet road. Distance: ~6 km. Time: 20–25 min at an easy pace.

🥾 On foot / down from the mountain

The Camí des Correu (GR-221) runs literally past the front door. Coming from Esporles — two and a half hours — or from the centre of Establiments — ten minutes — you walk straight in. Boot rack inside, pack under the chair, water on the table.
