Corporate meals need three things: punctuality, cost predictability, and a table you can talk over. Restaurant Es Muntant in Establiments — seven kilometres north of central Palma — gives you all three, plus Mallorcan cooking your guests probably won't expect.

💼 Lunch or dinner?

Weekday lunch (Tue–Fri, 13:00–16:00): best for strategy meetings, client lunches or team dinners after a workshop. The daily menu serves three courses in 90 minutes — back to the office on time. Weekday dinner (Tue–Fri, 19:00–23:00): team dinners, anniversaries, farewell meals. À la carte or a fixed-price brasa menu. Sunday: board lunches and family-business gatherings — full carta plus a big-pan paella.

🍽️ Set menus for groups

For groups of 12+ we recommend a set menu with three options per course — starter (classic / vegetarian / soup), main (brasa meat / brasa fish / vegetarian), dessert (classic / seasonal / cheese selection). Predictable cost, faster service. À la carte handles up to a 10-person group.

Drinks package: house wine (DO Binissalem), water and coffee included for 4 hours. Cocktails à la carte. Alcohol-free package for drivers available separately.

📄 Invoices, VAT, accounting

We issue full Spanish VAT invoices (IVA) in your company name plus CIF/NIF, on paper or PDF by email to your accounts team. Itemised by line and tax rate, restaurant stamped. Spanish, German and English invoice copy available. Pro-forma invoice up front for internal approval if you need it.

Frequently asked about corporate dining

Will I get a proper VAT invoice for the company?

Yes. We issue Spanish VAT invoices (IVA — currently 10% on food, 21% on drinks excluding wine with a meal) addressed to your company name + CIF/NIF. Paper or PDF by email for accounting. English-language invoices on request.

Do you have a private or conference room?

We don't have a closed conference room, but we can section off the main dining room or part of the terrace for your group (10-40 people). Other guests stay separate. For a fully private setting (closed door) book a weekday lunch outside peak hours.

Wi-Fi, projector, microphone?

Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Projector and microphone aren't standard kit — bring them yourself or have them set up by a Palma event company (we can recommend one). Power and a free wall section for a screen are available.

Set menu or à la carte for the group?

Both work. For groups of 12+ we recommend a set menu with three options per course — faster service, predictable cost, easier consensus. À la carte runs smoothly up to about 10 people.

How much lead time?

Weekday lunches: one week is usually enough. Weekday dinners or weekends: 2-3 weeks recommended. Larger groups (30+) or peak-season dates: 4-6 weeks.
